Ordered the fried whole red snapper, the octopus with no sauce and sweet plantains, and shrimp with creole sauce and mofongo. The snapper and octopus were delicious and good for their price. The shrimp was good but very expensive for only 5 in the dish, I’d recommend choosing something else. We also ordered a classic mojito and a sangria, both were mild but tasty. There is parking behind the restaurant and seating is nice and breezy. Great place to eat at after an afternoon at the Seven Seas beach! Update: the cheese flan here is silky smooth, I highly recommend! Best cheese flan I’ve had so far.

We recently enjoyed dinner at Costa Mia Restaurant with another couple. Dinning is open air, laid back, local music and good service. We had mariner’s paella for two. Well seasoned and tasty. Our guests had chicken bites and grouper in garlic sauce. Sides are provided for each meal. We all had a drink with dinner - total was 117 plus tip. They have a back lot where customers can park their vehicles. We have also previously had their mofongo with fried meat. We look forward to visiting again to try some of their other dishes.

Excellent experience, good food friendly staff and nice environment.. definitely a worthy place to stop to get some tasty food.. I got the fried pork which was delicious, the wife got fish tacos and she loved them! Me (being a fish farmer) thought the fish was a tad strong flavored but still was great overall! Highly recommended!!

Great food at this restaurant and lovely staff! The staff was very nice to let us in as we were desperate to find a restaurant quite late in the evening and they were about to close. We just came from a bad experience in the waiting queue of another one in Luquillo.We shared fried cheese for appetizer, quite good. Then I had the marine paella which tasted delicious and generous. Flans for desert were also truly satisfying. Enjoy!

We had the mariners paella and it was delicious. It took a bit of time, but that’s understandable with the Arborio rice, spices, onions, etc. flavors were spot on. It had pulpo and shrimp, and maybe a bit of mussels as well. Everything was cooked to perfection. Not rubbery pulpo. Rice had been cooked perfectly. Seasonings were great. Delish!

The best under rated restaurant in Puerto Rico, I don’t know where to start. The view is unreal, gorgeous and beautiful. The food is extremely ridiculously delicious , the service is very attentive and warm. The price is very reasonable for this amazing quality. I kept going there over and over .
